From the highlands
to your hands.

Every bean in a Northlight bag tells a geography. We source directly from farms in Colombia, Brazil, and Sumatra — places where elevation, rainfall, and soil create the raw complexity we then coax forward in the roaster.

We visit each of our farms at least once a year. Not to inspect, but to listen. The best coffees are partnerships, not transactions.

Our drum roaster holds twenty pounds at a time. That's intentional. Small batches mean we can monitor every degree of the Maillard reaction, adjust airflow in real time, and pull the roast at exactly the right moment — not when a timer says so.

Direct-trade relationships with twelve farm families across three continents. We pay above market — because the quality demands it and because it's right.

Every origin has its profile. Light roasts preserve the terroir; dark roasts deepen it. We match the method to the bean — never the bean to the method.

Deliver

Beans are sealed within hours of roasting and shipped the same week. Your bag arrives at peak flavor — not weeks after it left the drum.
